Honestly, as a North Carolinian, this is much more serious.cowboypack02 said:

Is there any corroboration from a larger news outlet? Even Fox News?
I'm concerned you guys are falling for a halfwitted farce here. The texts are...not particularly realistic sounding LOL.

How do texts "sound" between people having affairs on their spouses? I don't have experience with what these types of texts sound like.
Yeah, couple talk can be "odd", to say the least.packgrad said:
A functional brain tells you nobody texts like that? Lol. Jesus, you live in a bubble.

Lol you think "I can't wait to kiss you!" Is how a salacious affair works? Or even constitutes sexting? Lololol what a prude.
Did you read the texts? They look like they were written by a 12 year old.
You've been fooled, friend.
Lots of talk between lovers looks like a kid wrote it. People lusting after one another get stupid.GoPack2008 said:packgrad said:

Just FYI the writer of this is a guy that Tucker Carlson had to apologize for over and over again when he worked for the daily caller and that had articles taken down from the website that he was co-editing (the American spectator) because they lacked any standard of journalistic integrity.

I mean I can believe this about any politician, but if people don't trust CNN (rightly IMO), then you can't trust this guy either. I'll wait to see if any other site picks it up.GoPack2008 said:packgrad said:

You don't need to have had an affair to realize that nobody texts like that. You just need a functional brain.
If this is a real story, I can assure you that someone will pick it up, including Fox News.
I have no idea if the story is true or not...i just know that he doesn't know what BBQ is.jadawson said:cowboypack02 said:lol....here you go thinking that journalist actually have integrityjadawson said:

So if we don't believe what journalists say then why is this guy being given any credence?
I may not believe it then.....just like with the Atlantic article about Trump a few weeks ago. The Atlantic ran with it on anonymous sources and then it got picked up with the same "sources" from Jennifer Roberts at Fox.IseWolf22 said:I mean I can believe this about any politician, but if people don't trust CNN (rightly IMO), then you can't trust this guy either. Where does this view come from that the "larger" the network, the "more trustworthy" it is?jadawson said:Bas2020 said:

A political figure isn't going to comment on an article from nationalfile.com. If it has legs it will be picked up by larger news orgs and he will have to comment then

In fact, the opposite is true. The big corporate "mainstream" Establishment press and media is totally controlled, monopolized, and infested with deep corruption. None of it can be trusted. 99% of anything coming from the Establishment media is spin, half-truths, or outright deception.
"Small time" bloggers, journalists and YouTubers are much more likely to be credible and trustworthy than any of the "major" television networks or newspapers. Of course, there are good ones and bad ones (among smaller, independent alternative sources). You have to exercise your own discernment, as with anything. But at least you can find the truth, by looking to "alternative" sources outside of the "mainstream" Establishment press and media.
The truth is out there. But you're not going to find it from the Establishment "mainstream" controlled press/media.
Satan and his minions are running this world. The Bible makes that very clear. They control the spheres of power -- including governments, the "mainstream" Establishment media, academia, and even the major religious institutions. They are deceiving us and pushing a nefarious agenda in regards to virtually every issue of major importance -- you name it...cosmology (Big Bang), origin of life (evolution), politics, etc. Any major issue you want to look at, there's a big deception -- all the illegal wars started on lies in the Mid East, the "climate change" lie/fraud, encroaching tyranny and police state (domestic spying, etc), all companies and media now siding with and promoting domestic terrorists in Antifa and BLM...and on and on.jadawson said:

Yeah right... "They'll be hit so G--damn hard," while bragging about bombing Islamic State militants. And Trump recounting his warning to a wealthy businessman: "If you don't support me, you're going to be so G--damn poor."GuerrillaPack said:Satan and his minions are running this world. I don't support Trump, as I've said many times on this board. I voted for him in 2016 because I supported ~98% of the things he said he supported. But it was empty rhetoric. Once in office, he has not followed through on his campaign promises, and in many cases done a 180 and done the exact opposite of what he said he would do. For example, Trump campaigned in 2016 on ending the wars in the Mid East, but has not followed through on that.ciscopack said:Yeah right...
