Yes, it is a scam. It's a communist front group.

LOL at any NGO not "claiming" the money donated to them. This is baseless speculation at best. The BLM organization wants every dollar it can get and donations will not be unclaimed.
As far as exactly how they use that money, well that's a problem with pretty much any nebulous group like this and why I personally prefer smaller charities with a defined mission.

Yes, BLM is a well-known front for ANTIFA. It's also a money funneling avenue for George Soros and the Liberal Elite so they can avoid taxes.

Their true motive with BLM is to take over the governments of the Western nations and install a commu-socialist government and then give away free cell phones to every man, woman, and child to send radio waves to their brains and control them.

Yes BLM is a scam but it's dangerous and powerful right now. It's name causes confusion b/c there are a lot of people out there that are saying that black lives matter but aren't actually supporting the group. The group has a radical agenda that really at it's core isn't about black lives. It also uses intimidation, anarchy, and violence to assert it's authority. The name and the current climate in the country though has given it a lot of support and power it shouldn't have.

That funding comes in addition to more than $33 million in grants to the Black Lives Matter movement from top Democratic Party donor George Soros through his Open Society Foundations, as well as grant-making from the Center for American Progress.

Are they a scam? I have no idea, but this is a good time to say that you should do your research before giving any money to a non profit or charity. Case in point:

I don't think BLM is a scam but I do think lots of funds changed hands throughout the past month that could be lost or mismanaged. Simply due to the volume of donations which must have been significantly larger than what the organizations were used to.

For example a freedom fund in MN received 20M in donations, so far only 200k have been claimed. What happens to the rest?

I wonder if something like that has happened with PPP loan money? A number of people in congress have gotten PPP funds and the law was written such that details can't be released. At least BLM is private money and not public money.

You can bet on it. PPP definitely had some fraud committed.

Congress put the onus on the businesses to police themselves. So banks aren't on the hook if money was sent to sources that shouldn't have received the money

There are dozens of articles and easily obtained tweets from numerous outlets questioning where TF the BLM money is going including from left leaning groups . It most definitely is a scam .

Hell, if extremely inefficient resource allocation makes a group a scam, our federal government would definitely qualify. Takes more than that to be a scam.

Natural to wonder about BLM's resource allocation; their revenue has probably increased 100x in the last few weeks. Not many organizations are set up to handle such sudden, unexpected revenue growth, especially non-profits that were formed for a service mission and not a business purpose. I'm sure they don't have the infrastructure in place for this.

But even if BLM is inefficient at allocating resources, that doesn't make them a scam. That implies not just that they're mismanaged or inefficient, but also that they're actively cheating people out of their money.

You don't know whether or not they're inefficient or mismanaged (nor do I or anyone not in the organization). They don't yet have the transparency of a 501c3 so none of us know. You definitely don't know if they're fraudulent.

You have hit the number one reason I am against expanding almost any government run program at this point. Prove to the public you can responsibly spend/distribute the current tax revenue and then I may consider voting to raise taxes. Until they reach that point, they can pound sand.

Ok? I'm not sure I can equate tweets questioning where money is going as a "scam." But, maybe we have different definitions of what the word scam means. Are Super PACs scams? Is the Wolfpack Club a scam? If you can't trace every cent given to an organization, is said organization a scam?

Yes, no, maybe so?!?? Hell, I don't know what to think or believe anymore. In a matter of 2 months, I don't know if cops lives matter and black lives don't. If black lives matter and cops lives don't. If all white people are racist or if none are. If black lives matter but unborn children's lives don't. If I'm supposed to support protesters or rioters or neither or both. Hell, half the time, I don't even know what I'm supposed to watch anymore.

There's a lot of noise out there for sure.

Social media and the 24-hour news cycle definitely aren't improving the quality of this country's discourse on tough issues.

After watching all of this video, I must say that it is OUTSTANDING, and a must watch -- covering basically all important aspects of this whole George Floyd situation, the fundamental problems in the black community, and the deliberate agenda by Democrats to cause the destruction of the black community and a dependent voting block. Don't let the "talking cat" make you think this video is not worth watching. That's just the gimmick and trademark of this YouTube channel -- which is, by the way, an excellent channel with dozens of great videos.

Prior to the 1960s, the black community was thriving -- with rising wealth and a strong family unit (high marriage rates and low unwed birth rates). Then, the "War On Poverty" initiative under Lyndon Johnson was hatched (with welfare, etc), which was designed to make blacks dependent on government and a dependable voting block for the Democrats. The "war on poverty" was actually designed to impoverish the black community by incentivising (with welfare money) unwed mothers and unemployment -- creating impoverished fatherless homes. Then, the engineered destruction of the black community was accelerated with the "Biden Crime Bill" of 1994, which resulted in HUGE increase in the prison population (vastly increasing prosecutions for drug-related offenses) -- more than doubling the U.S. prison population from around 1 million in 1990 to 2.4 million today. And yes, Joe Biden was the lead author of this bill, and he still champions this bill on a regular basis.

The real agenda with BLM is to weaken police forces (leading to mob rule and intimidation/terrorism, via the Bolshevik/communist model), and if possible destroy local police forces and create police forces that are more Federally-controlled -- furthering the elite NWO agenda for centralized control of society.

A great video that really ties it all together.

Video surfaces of Black Lives Matter founder saying, "We are trained Marxists"

https://disrn.com/news/video-surfaces-of-black-lives-matter-founder-saying-were-trained-marxists

Quote:

A 2015 video clip has surfaced of an interview with Black Lives Matter founder Patrisse Cullors in which she assures her interviewer that the group has an underlying ideology, saying, "We're trained Marxists."

Responding to the interviewer's concern that the BLM movement might not have enough of a "clear ideological structure," Cullors responded by saying that she and another co-founder "in particular" are dedicated to the ideology of Communist leader Karl Marx:
Quote:

"We actually do have an ideological frame. Myself and Alicia in particular, we're trained organizers. We are trained Marxists. We are super versed on ideological theories."

See from 6:45 - 7:30 in this video for the statement:

Why doesn't Trump just go on TV with this kind of evidence and expose these people for who they are and what they're trying to do? State of the Union style speech with the receipts to prove it. So many good people think they're doing a good thing by following BLM but are being deceived by something sinister and evil.

Glenn Beck is doing a special tomorrow night on his Blaze TV web site about who is funding most of this. Usually he carries his specials on youtube and facebook but not tomorrow night because they will cut it off. You can get a seven day free trial if you want to watch. Lots of good content on his site if you are a conservative. Now others(including some on these boards) will say it's conspiracy TV, but he will have the facts to back it up. He always says "do your own homework" but usually he is dead on accurate. Here is a link if you wish to watch the free trial. I think the special is at 9pm EDT but I will check and change if need be.
