Pretty sure part of this is because of the drop of fuel consumption in China. Just wait till the cornovirus hits the US and it will probably drop lower.

I need to look at the price better, haven't gotten gas this weekend or been out of the house much. Lol

Didn't notice any real price drops out and about today. $2.09 at Costco just now. Wilmington doesn't seem to have received the memo.

In Edenton it was 2.43 a gallon on Saturday. Glad that I waited to get it at 2.19 this afternoon

I live Iin Wakefield and the battle between Sheetz and Cruizers on Falls is epic. Everyday both are a couple cents cheaper seems like.

I paid $2.11 this morning at the speedway on 401 and perry creek

Saudi and Russia keep saying they will increase production so we should see a reduction in price in a few weeks.

Prices are all over the place here near Greenville, SC. Just today, within one stretch I saw a high of $1.93 and a low of $1.72, with everything in between. I expect it to edge lower.

Got gas in Zebulon for $1.669 with my Sheetz card. New Bern Avenue outside the beltline and towards Knightdale were about $1.899 per gallon.

Sheetz on Hwy 210 near I40 was at $1.76 today.

Working from home I'm using almost no gas.
At this rate it'll take me 5-6 weeks to get through a tank.

There is a country store in Belvidere NC that is selling gas for 1.53 a gallon

Sheetz at Wakefield Pines and New Falls of the Neuse was 1.609 with Sheetz card today.

Several places in upstate SC at $1.53.

$1.62 at the Sheetz in Rosewood today. 25 min later in Clayton I saw $1.94 lol

Two forces at work here that will keep oil prices down for a while:

1. Demand driven price declines due to the effect of the Coronavirus. Even when the economy starts to open back up, prices will stay low due to reason number 2.

2. Saudis Arabia and Russia have drastically increased supply at the same time as the demand drop. Reason - They are trying to push prices low enough to make fracking a money losing enterprise. They will continue to do so, even when demand picks back up. The virus' effect on demand is making their job easier at this point.

Filled up today for $1.49 at one of the C-Stores that I service in Angier.

Family Fare on Miami Boulevard in Durham between Alexander and Ellis it was $1.419 today.

I miss the 29.9 high test. I used to fill up for $5.
