So I got a 2nd dog not too long ago and it's time to order more meds. Flea and Tick medicine is expensive. Over $200 for a year, per dog, for Frontline or NexGuard.

However there are some generics, like Flea5X Plus, that are $90 per year per dog. I'm having a hard time finding information on these alternatives. I have no idea if they face any type or regulation or independent quality control.

You can buy pet meds from Australia that have the same active ingredients as US meds for a fraction of the cost. You just have to do the conversion from lb to kg for the weight of the dog. I've done this for years

Can you suggest a website and/or brand?

I have a vet appointment on Friday and am going to ask for the RX's so I can take them to Costco and see what they have. I've heard Costco has some generics and good prices on the name-brand as well.

I have used Petshed.com in the past and never had any issues with anything from them.
