Just got my tickets for Friday night's game. Any idea on the possibility of moving the time up? Also, what's the best way of "tracking" the decision on actual start time of the game - ie a link or a website.

NC State baseball (9-9, 4-8 ACC) returns home this weekend on a five-game win streak for a three-game series with Clemson (12-0, 6-6 ACC) at Doak Field at Dail Park. The teams will play at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, while the finale will be played at 1 p.m. Sunday.


The first two games will be broadcast on the ACC Network with Mike Monaco and Adam Greenberg on the call, while Sunday's contest will air on the ACC Network Extra. Additionally, there will be a free audio stream on WKNC 88.1 and the TuneIn App.



ATTENDANCE POLICY
With the recent updates to capacity guidelines for Doak Field at Dail Park, NC State Athletics is able to increase fan attendance for the remainder of the season. NC State student-athletes, NC State students and NC State baseball season ticket holders will all have increased allotments for upcoming games.

A full concessions menu on the first base side will be provided for fans. Both cash and credit card will be accepted. Fans are no longer permitted to bring in outside food but are still allowed to bring in an unopened bottle of water.

SCOUTING CLEMSON
The Tigers dropped its midweek contest against No. 23 Georgia, 2-0, on Tuesday in its last time out, snapping a five-game win streak that was highlighted be a series sweep at Boston College.

James Parker and reigning ACC Player of the Week Caden Grice currently lead the team offensively with batting averages of .378 and .338, respectively. The two pace the squad with six homers apiece, while Parker owns a team-best 34 hits and Grice has driven in a team-high 25 runs. The pair ranks among the top 10 in the ACC in all three categories.

Friday starter Nick Hoffman earned his first career start on March 27 in the second game of Clemson's doubleheader at Boston College, and threw a complete game in the team's 7-2 win. Saturday starter Keyshawn Askew leads all starters with a 1.35 earned-run average, making two starts in his three appearances, and has tallied 18 strikeouts in 13.1 innings.

Clemson's bullpen owns an 8-3 record and 2.93 ERA with 130 strikeouts and has allowed just 17 of 65 inherited baserunners to score. It is led by freshman Geoffrey Gilbert who has made 12 appearances and has compiled a .93 ERA in 19.1 innings.

I wonder why Sunday starter is TBA? You would think Willadsen has eared that role unless they plan to use him as a long relief guy

Brown with the clutch 2 out, 2 strike hit. Hopefully that gets him going.

Getting guys on and putting balls in play is a good start. That's been the difference of late.

And ump doing the opposite for the Clemson pitcher, been pretty generous on the corners, or the catcher is just doing an amazing job framing them up.

Agreed. He's given the Clemson kid a ball off the plate outside to righties but squeezed Reid on the same location when it was inside to a lefty

Tatum has gotten better as a hitter during the season, but he just cannot lay off the high heat.

So far his 2 AB's have hurt us. Can't K in those situations. I'm sure EA will have him bunting nonstop in practice

Yeah, I don't blame him on the first attempt that almost hit him in the face, but the second it looked like he was trying to bunt it down the third base line like he was bunting for a hit, which he doesn't need to do in a sacrifice situation.

We don't have any youngins that have proven they can hit. Weird year. There's usually at least 1 pushing for playing time

He's done better than any of the other people that have been in that role this year? He's actually been swinging pretty well, and he walks a lot and gets on, but he hasn't had a good night so far.

I love it, JT goes yard and then gets a bunt hit next time up.
