Normally these broadcasts are pretty good...this is terrible

Lot of swinging and missing going on so far. McDonough is the only person to put a ball in play so far. This guy looks like he has just enough velocity and tail on his fastball that guys are missing it.

Well, wasn't meant to be another comeback. Helluva shot by Tresh though. I thought our pitching was pretty good, but there's was better. Most of the time of we hold a team to four runs, we're going to come out on top. Oh well, on to the next one.

Wonder why Avent has quit rotating McArthur & Tatum in RF? Is McArthur's bat & defense been that good? Thought that was a pretty good tandem. Wish that Brown would get some PT at 3rd some with Mensik to give him a break. Believe Brown is gonna be a very good player when given the chance. Not complaining, just asking.

Helluva game from Johnston. Looked like his form from last year. Big time complete game. Got the whole pen to throw at them tomorrow.

Great pitching by Reid Johnston. He was magnificent. I thought Avent might take him out after the second hit in the 9th, but he let him go and the young man delivered. Very rare to see a complete game shutout masterpiece in college or the pros anymore.

Some good clutch hitting and great defense. Let's come back and take the series tomorrow and keep moving forward. 26-2 is awesome!

AWESOME performance by Reid Johnston. Only the 2nd complete game shut out by a Wolfpack pitcher, the other being Carlos Rodon. The early season management of the pitching staff by the staff looks like it's gonna pay dividends torward the end of the season. Way to bounce back Pack, a lot of pitchers to choose from for the final game, now let's win tomorrow & take another series.

Tatum is in a batting slump, McArthur has replaced him at starting rightfielder vs righthanded starting pitcher, between spring football and slump Thomas has dropped in rotation in right field also

Brown has only played outfield this season, started in right vs lefthander pitchers
played left field in relief of Butler

with Vazquez hitting over last month, he has moved from alternating with Mensik at 3rd to starting at 2B instead of Jarrett, Cooper has also played some 3B this season

I have read pro scouts think highly of Brown
